Every article is packed with the most scrupulous attention and professionalism, protected with polystyrene, pluriball, boxes and crates made ad hoc. Village Store takes great care in this respect, as items are sometimes very delicate or particularly valuable.

DELIVERY METHODS

Purchased products are delivered by courier to the shipping address indicated by the Customer (delivery time: 2/3 working days). Always indicate a telephone number and e-mail address for any communications. An e-mail is sent to find out the details of the courier used and the traceability of the goods.

REIMBURSEMENTS AND REFUNDS

The Village Store policy provides that Customers are refunded within 14 days, subject to return of the item and verification of its integrity; (shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser).
. Upon receipt of the request, we will contact you within 48 hours. If the item you ordered has not been delivered or does not correspond to the description or if you have not received a refund for a return according to the return policy, we will process it. The refund will be sent to your credit card or PayPal account or to the bank account from which you made the transfer and does not include shipping costs for the purchase. Village Store respects consumer rights.
